When an employee will be leaving SBS, then the employee's manager should complete the Leaving SBS Form in MyPay as soon as practicable after confirming the employee's exit date or last working shift.
You will need to ensure you can provide:
- 1. a personal email address for the Employee to be emailed their final payslip, and;
- 2. (not required for casual employees) - consent from the Employee to be contacted by Tactician, a confidential third party provider to conduct an Exit Interview with the Employee. If consent is not provided, or in some circumstances, for example, if the employee is engaged as a casual or has been terminated at the initiative of SBS, an Exit Interview may not be offered.
You will need to access MyPay and undertake the following:
- Click on “Dashboard” on the top of the page
- Select “My Form” from the drop-down menu
- Select "+Add"
- Select “Leaving SBS”,
- Complete the details for the employee and include any other relevant information and click “submit”.
- Notifications will be sent automatically to relevant teams using the #DL Leaving email list. So please do not send any notifications. You will be notified once the exit has been processed in SBS's payroll system (Aurion).
