23. FAMILY AND DOMESTIC VIOLENCE LEAVE
23.1. SBS recognises the serious and disruptive impact of family and domestic violence on an individual. SBS will assist any Employee affected by family and domestic violence to access all support services which SBS offers.
23.2. Employees who are dealing with family and domestic violence may access 20 paid days of family and domestic violence leave per year which includes the entitlement under the NES. This entitlement does not accumulate year to year.
23.3. Employees may also be entitled to access other forms of leave under this Agreement including personal/carer’s leave.
23.4. SBS may also grant further discretionary paid and/or unpaid leave on a case by case basis.
