Yes, for EA employees, if at any time an Employee’s annual leave balance exceeds 8 weeks, SBS may confer with the Employee to seek to agree on a plan to reduce the Employee’s annual leave balance to a maximum of 6 weeks. If a plan is not agreed, SBS may, by giving 2 weeks’ written notice, direct the Employee to take a period or periods of leave, provided that the requirement is reasonable, the Employee is not directed to take a period of less than 1 week’s leave, and the direction does not result in the Employee’s leave balance being less than 6 weeks.
