Each year, staff are assigned mandatory courses to complete. These are required as part of SBS’s obligations as an employer. Many divisions also have their own SBSU administrators who design, deliver and assign learning content through the SBSU platform. SBSU features 'learning paths', which are collections of separate courses that are grouped together to cover a topic. The learning page of the intranet only applies to employees of SBS, however contractors and other non-employees (interns, volunteers, work experience etc) have different requirements, which can be found on the Induction process for non-employee workers intranet page.
