You can add Additional Duties Allowances using the 'Add Allowance' form on MyPay. To do this go to MyPay ->Dashboard->MyForms. Then sign in under the employee who will be receiving the Additional Duties and 'Add' a form. Then, in the second 'Form' search box select the 'Allowance Form' and fill out accordingly.
