To submit a higher duties request you can either complete a Temporary Move Form or an Allowance Form.
The Temporary Move form should be used when the employee has left their substantive role temporarily and is acting in a different role and uses the delegated authority and access levels of the new role.
Note: Please use the “Allowance Form’ (Insert link to the article) when the employee is given additional duties in conjunction with undertaking the duties of their substantive role.
You will need to access MyPay and undertake the following:
- Click on “Dashboard” on the top of the page
- Select “My Form” from the drop-down menu
- Select "+Add"
- Select “Temporary Move Form”
- Complete the details for the employee and click “submit”.
The form will be sent to your cost centre manager, director, and for approval. You will be notified once the higher duties has been processed in the payroll system (Aurion).
