SBS Employees covered by the SBS Enterprise Agreement 2022/23, who are below the Level 7 salary threshold are not eligible for an annual salary review, but can earn performance based increases in addition to the annual pay increases, in line with the EA.
SBS Employees who are SBS EA covered and are in receipt of a salary in excess of the Level 7 salary threshold, or Common Law employees, are eligible for an annual salary review.
The annual performance cycle operates from 1 July - 30 June, and Salary/ EA performance based payments for eligible staff are generally approved annually in September, and back paid to the first full pay period following 1 July 2024.
