How do I know if a role is Enterprise Agreement covered or a Common Law Contract?

All employees of SBS are covered by the SBS Enterprise Agreement, with the exception of:

• SBS Directors;
• other senior managers who provide SBS enterprise wide strategic leadership or high levels of functional accountability including regulatory or policy responsibilities, which will typically include managers who are direct reports of Directors; or
• persons who are not covered by a classification in Schedule A of the EA, typically high salaried on Air Talent
