The core design of our Employee Engagement platform Culture Amp is that it is built and designed for
anonymity. The survey is absolutely anonymous, with even the SBS administrator unable to circumvent
the anonymity thresholds. The platform requires a minimum of three responses from any demographic,
team or filter in order to return a result. If this threshold is not met, we are unable to see results or
comments. SBS does not have the ability to link specific responses to names.
