As a Manager you will have access to the engagement results for your direct reports where more than 3 responses have been submitted.
Standard filters will be applied in employment related fields, using data that is currently captured in our payroll system such as tenure. However, any filters relating to demographic questions asked in previous pulse surveys will not be applied to this survey and managers will not have the ability to filter using these demographics. The standard minimum ‘three rule’ applies when adding filters. For example, if you have three team members complete the survey, two of them have been with SBS for 10+ years and the other has been with SBS for two years and you apply a 10+ year tenure filter, you will not be able to see any results because you no longer have the minimum three responses required in that demographic.
